Pool Equipment Repairs & Warranty Service — GCC Pool Solutions

All repairs are carried out in our Molendinar workshop by our own staff. We prioritise a quick turn-around so you can have your equipment up & running and get back to enjoying your pool.

How our repair process works

Step 1 – Drop your unit off — We will place you in the repair queue.
Step 2 – Receive a quote — We assess the equipment and provide a written repair quote.
Step 3 – We do the work — When we receive the go ahead, we carry out the repair in-house. Most jobs done within 24–72 hours.

Every repair on this page happens at our own bench. Pumps, robotic cleaners and chlorinators are assessed, quoted and repaired in-house at Distribution Avenue — with the parts already on the shelf behind us.

We carry out most warranty repairs in our own workshop. Some equipment new to market has to go back to the manufacturer — we handle that for you.

We are authorised warranty agents for AIS Water, Continental, Crystal Aquatic Systems, Maytronics, Pentair / Onga, AstralPool / Zodiac (Fluidra), BWT / Lincoln and Robo-Tek.
